- Deposits (if offered) are non-refundable
- Deposits go toward the total cost of the product
- Remaining balance must be paid within the stated timeframe (e.g., 15 days)
- Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation without refund
5. Custom Orders (Braided Wigs)
All custom wigs are:
- Made-to-order
- Final sale
- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable
By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms.
6. Shipping & Processing
Processing times may vary. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout.
Glory Hair Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 7 days for eligible items only
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Custom wigs are final sale
